Jenne Names Rick Coan as Senior Vice President of Finance

AVON, OH -- (Marketwire) -- 02/08/12 -- Jenne Inc., a leading value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, data networking and security products, announced that it has named Rick Coan as its new senior vice president of finance. Coan, a former business consultant to Jenne and a 30-year veteran in the financial services industry, reports directly to Rose Jenne, Chairman, as well as to Dave Johnson, CEO. He started at Jenne on January 1, 2012. In his new role, Coan is responsible for all of Jennes day-to-day financial activities, treasury, risk management as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Coan served as vice president of finance at Orchard Pharmaceutical Services, a mail order specialty distribution pharmacy in Akron, Ohio; and as vice president of finance at Digital Concepts, a St. Louis-based manufacturer of electronic display consoles in the fitness industry with manufacturing subsidiaries in Mexico and China. As CFO of Garick, LLC in Cleveland, a lawn and garden industry manufacturer and distributor, Rick presided over mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, treasury and a host of other disciplines. His other business affiliations include early positions with Ernst and Young, Nestle Internal Audit, Stouffer Hotels and Resorts, and Century Business Services ("CBIZ").

Coan was awarded the prestigious title of CFO of the Year by Crains Cleveland Business in 2009, during his tenure with Garick. He currently serves on the boards of several Ohio corporations. Rick has an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College and a BBA in accounting from Kent State University. He is a registered CPA-Inactive status.
