Dinerware Certifies SpeedMenu

SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/27/10 -- Dinerware, Inc., a leading developer of restaurant POS (point of sale) software, today announced its certification of SpeedMenu, a mobile menuing, ordering and payment service that enables guests to add, close and pay out their tabs via their Internet-enabled mobile devices.

The certification allows Dinerware to expand its best-in-class POS platform and provide restaurateurs a host of offerings from SpeedMenu available through Dinerware version 3.0 via the XML-based Application Programming Interface (API) supported in the Dinerware Virtual Client.

SpeedMenu provides Dinerware restaurateurs a way to maximize efficiencies, increase revenues and provide guests the convenience of ordering more items via their phone. Additionally, SpeedMenu interoperates with social networking sites. Restaurateurs can update their customers, and their customers networks, with special offerings. Finally, SpeedMenu allows guests to close and pay their tickets with cash, gift cards and one or more credit cards via their phones. SpeedMenu is free for the guest and the establishment pays a modest flat monthly service fee.

Lanai Rooftop Lounge, a Dinerware customer located in Austin, Texas, needed a way to maximize efficiencies and turned to SpeedMenu as a way to give guests an added convenience.
